Why is Fury the best you want to know? Well, let us look at what makes a good pre-workout powder and why.

First, we need an N.O. booster. What is an N.O. booster? It stands for Nitric Oxide booster. An N.O. booster is a dietary supplement that boosts the body’s nitric oxide production. Increasing nitric oxide production increases blood flow, lowers blood pressure, enhances exercise performance, and decreases soreness. L- arginine and L-citrulline act as N.O. boosters for our bodies. Citrulline malate is a form of L-citrulline that is found in animal fury (6g at that). A study of 41 people who received citrulline malate before exercise reported 40% less muscle soreness after the exercise than those who did not. As nitric oxide is involved in many cell processes which deliver nutrients and oxygen to working muscles it enhances exercise performance. L-arginine, on the other hand, has not proven to be as effective, the theory is because arginine is metabolized before it gets a chance to reach the bloodstream whereas citrulline is not therefore citrulline is a more effective N.O. booster (Walle, 2018).

Oh, I hope you feel like that sounds pretty important because it is! And Fury has it all.

Next we have BCAA (isolueicine, luicine and valine). The important aspect of of BCAA is that they are nonessential amino acids that improve muscle growth, decrease muscle soreness, reduce exercise fatigue and prevent muscle breakdown.

Beta-alanine, another amino acid, is used to help create carnosine primarily which helps increase muscle size and performance. Carnosine helps regulate acid buildup in muscles which is the primary cause of muscle fatigue (McMillen, 2021).

Next, we have our nootropic and focus! This is important, especially in high intensity, high volume, or breaking your records. We have L-tyrosine which is a nootropic supplement (nootropic is a supplement that increases brain performance) that helps manage stress and enhances your focus. Tyrosine supplies your body needs to create neurotransmitters: dopamine, epinephrine, norepinephrine, and adrenaline. We also have caffeine anhydrous which is caffeine made from seeds and leaves of coffee plants without water.
